The terms under which FC Cleaning Company Ltd provides its commercial cleaning services.

Services
FC Cleaning Company Ltd agrees to provide the cleaning services specified in your individual service agreement or quotation. All services are subject to a site survey prior to commencement.
Quotations & pricing
All quotations are free of charge and valid for 30 days. Prices are agreed in writing before work begins and will not change during the agreed contract period without notice.
Cancellations
For one-off cleans, 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation without charge. For regular contracts, one calendar month’s notice is required to terminate the agreement.
Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults identified after our visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
